As a parent who spent more than twenty years helping his own daughter overcome addiction, Lee knows the personal toll and the immense cost to families in every neighborhood and at every income level. He will fight for a comprehensive plan built on readily available treatment, mental-health support, and prevention — including the long-term treatment options Delaware badly needs.

Having watched family members struggle with addiction, Lee understands what many Delawareans are going through. He will fight to direct federal resources toward prevention on the front end and long-term treatment on the back end for those ready to accept help.
As a former teacher and coach, education is close to Lee's heart. He supports school choice so that every Delaware child can get the quality education they deserve. Local communities, teachers, and parents — not distant bureaucrats — should set the standards. Let teachers do what they do best: inspire and teach.
Lee fully supports the Second Amendment and the U.S. Constitution. Law-abiding citizens should never have their constitutional right to protect themselves and their families infringed. Instead of punishing the law-abiding, we should address the root causes of violence and crime in our communities.

Lee will support the men and women of Customs and Border Protection and ICE as they work to protect our sovereignty, and he will back legislation that fixes our legal immigration system — addressing visas, permanent residency, and citizenship for those who wish to come here legally.
